Alexandra Maniet, APRN, FNP-C

Alex is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She has a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.  She began her career in 2007 and has practiced nursing in various settings from home health to critical care step down at the hospital.  Alex is passionate about educating her patients and using a prenventative, Wholistic approach to practicing medicine.

Lynette Phipps, APRN, FNP-C

I am a lifelong resident of Fannin County and have dedicated more than a decade to serving my community through nursing.  I began my career after earning my ADN from Grayson College in 2014, completed my Bachelor Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University in 2020, and went on to obtain my Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Chamberlain in 2024.

My clinical background includes labor and delivery, home health, and outpatient care, giving me a broad foundation to support patients across all stages of life.  I am passionate about giving back to the community that shaped me and truly value making a meaningful difference in the lives of my patients.

I have been married for nearly 21 years and am teh proud mother of three daughters.  It is my honor an provilege to care for you, and I look forward to serving you and your family.

Lisa Palacio, LVN – Clinical Manager

Lisa is originally from the Dallas area, but she grew up in the Ozark Mountains.  She has lived in Van Alstyne for the past 13 years.  She graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fort Smith (Woo Pig Sooie).  She has been a nurse for 29 years and has been at Dr. Maniet’s office for the past 7 years.  She has experience in hospice, clinical specialty settings including neurology, gastroenterology, and urology.

She enjoys spending time with her 4 children, 6 grandchildren, hunting, fishing, church, shopping for anything, and attending local football games.

Carissa Webster, MA

Carissa has been in the medical field as a CNA/MA for far too long (lol).  She is married to her wonderful husband, Robert, and they have one beautiful daughter.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Rachel Wadley, MA

Rachel is a Medical Assistant for us.  She primarily works directly with Dr. Maniet doing housecalls and our Assisted Living Facilities.  She has worked in the past as a CNA for 13 years in hospice/home health.  She is a loving wife and mother of five beautiful babies.  The youngest being God sent and adopted into her families hearts.  She loves to help people and be a resting place if only for a short time when they are passing.  Her life goal is to love Jesus, family, and all who need it.

Mary Chavez, Receptionist

Mary is our Receptionist, among many other duties.  She is from the Dallas metroplex, but her family originates from El Salvador; She is bilingual.  She has two beautiful children that she would do anything for.  In her spare time you can find her shopping with the kids or anything that includes being indoors.  One of her passions is singing; she enjoys singing at church.

Claudia has been with Dr. Maniet since 1995.  She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and currently resides with her family in Sherman.

Tracy Collett, Billing Administrator

Tracy is our Billing Administrator.  She is happily married to Rick and they reside in Savoy, TX.  She has been with Dr. Maniet since 1998.  They have two beautiful adult children who are happily married and have blessed them with three and 1/2 amazing grandsons.  They spend their off time riding air boats and bowfishing.  They love riding buggies at their cabin in the mountains.

Lisa was born and raised in Kansas and currently lives in Sherman with her family.  God has blessed her with two beautiful daughters.  She has worked behind the scenes for Dr. Maniet for many years, but has recently came onto staff.  She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and crafting of any kind.
